Went there for dinner. Didn't get my entire order. Make sure to check your order before leaving their parking lot!! Out of a lot of items. Slow staff. This restaurant has been open for six months and the level of service has seriously deteriorated. If you are craving Popeye's I'd try a different location. Good luck trying to call them because they don't answer their phone and their mailbox is full.

I got a two-piece combo, and both breasts were barely lukewarm. Later, I ordered two of their pumpkin pies and an apple pie. They gave me all pumpkin pies, and all of them were lukewarm. I went in the bathroom, now anxious to get the frell out of there, and noticed the flour on the inside handle in the bathroom. That means employees don't wash their hands when using the toilet. Nice. Not EVER going back.

this place is an absolute disaster, waited for over 15 min in line behind one person, who finally left and said she got there 5 min before I did. manager walked passed us 3 times and never even looked at us. I walked out right behind the woman in front of me. this is the 3rd bad experience at this location in 3 trips, never again! the whole team should be fired....absolutely appealing service

Out of straws, napkins, cocktail sauce and drink lids. AND horrible service as well as painfully slow! I don't need to hear/see the kitchen staff arguing. I thought I accidentally wandered onto the Jerry Springer show!?!? Nope just typical Northside!

While Popeye's chicken is definitely better than KFC, the service is almost always sub-par. I'm not sure if they just have low standards when hiring people or...? We live really close to this location, so I've eaten here numerous times. It is rare when I have an experience where I had everything I ordered, or where service was spot on. It's actually some-what of a joke now between my boyfriend and I. Like oh, we're going to Popeyes, I wonder what will go wrong today...? When it comes to the food, their chicken is great. Really, it is. Spicy or regular. Chicken strips are good, plenty of sauce choices. (...maybe too many? One time they confused honey mustard for their hot mustard. Boy was I surprised when I got a mouthful of horseradish-mustard!!!!) Their catfish is decent. And my boyfriend enjoys their Po-Boys (when they don't run out of buns...). The big negative thing is their TINY TINY sides. Like... I know I can order a bigger size... but I just assumed the size that comes with the meal would be a decent size. In reality, the Mac N Cheese and the Mashed potatoes is about 3 spoonfuls, literally. Order the fries (those always come in a decent amount) or order the bigger portion...

Rude employees. OK chicken. Side items are sub-par. Not a good experience. I miss the A&W/KFC that used to be here.

This popeyes is disapointing. All of our food was cold. The fried chicken was cold, the biscuits were cold, and when we ordered dessert, they were cold. The desserts weren't marked either so we ended up having to break them open to see which ones went to who and that's when we found out that one wasn't even the right flavor. My daughter tried two of the pops and nothing but water came out and when I tried a different one, it was out of syrup. I mentioned it to the employees and they said they were aware yet they were never changed the whole time we ate there. Not impressed at all with this location.

I've been a Popeye's disciple since my days as a Tulane University undergrad, so when the franchise elected to scoop up a bunch of defunct Twin Cities KFC locations, I couldn't have been more excited. Unfortunately, the stores here have not gained the consistency in quality of their hometown brethren, and this location was no exception. First, they were out of coleslaw! How??? It was almost a dealbreaker for me. Yet, I had driven 20 minutes from my house with the promise of delicious fried chicken upon return, therefore I couldn't leave empty handed. My wife specifically requested their usually fantastic slaw, so I knew there would be frowns on the horizon. Left with a 12 piece family meal, cajun fries and mac and cheese, six biscuits and 15 minutes wasted in the drive thru line waiting...and waiting. Got home and excitedly opened the box of half mild, half spicy. Only mild, unless of course it was Minnesota spicy. Yet the most disappointing part of the excursion was the fact that out of 12 pieces of chicken, 7 of them were wings! Seriously? 27 bucks for 2 breasts, 1 thigh, 2 drumsticks and 7 wings! The chicken tasted fine, but it should have been a 24 piece for that price! Sorry TC metro, we're just going to have to keep shlepping to Lake Street and bringing cash only for their drive thru if we want to get decent Popeye's, cause these new locations don't cut it.

The customer service in this location is beyond appalling. I watched a manager belittle and mock a customer after she came into the building to check on food that she ordered in the drive through 20 minutes ago. Then the employees continued to be difficult when she asked for a refund so she could just leave the store. The way she was treated was honestly shocking and scary. I walked out and will never return to any other Popeye's. I have never witnessed anything like this in my life and I have been doing customer service and in the food industry for decades. If I could give this location a zero, I would.

went today at 5pm, the chicken is tasty, did not care for the swearing that the employee that sweeping the floor and chatting with his friends was using. All three friends were filling out applications so I'm sure it will only get better. wont go back.

The speed of service and customer service at this location is HORRENDOUS! everyone involved from the lowest employee to upper management deserves to get fired and go out of business. Today they made me miss lunch because I was stuck for twenty minuets in the drive through and ANOTHER ten minutes at the speaker before I drove off because I was out of time. This was my third try here and its always not worth it.I don't understand how they can possibly not prepare for a lunch rush. I love Popeye's chicken but this location is the worst service ever of ANY restaurant I have ever been to. ZERO STARS!
